Early-access use

The workspace is available for setup and evaluation. The Cloudflare notice sender is configured; one-click Stripe authorization depends on platform activation. Processor terms and legal template review remain outstanding. Do not rely on this early-access release as your sole notice or compliance process.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for authority to connect your Stripe account, the lawfulness of subscriber data processing, your subscription terms, notice content and timing, and refund decisions. Sample templates are starting points and have not been represented as reviewed by a UK solicitor.

Payments

Creating a workspace does not create a paid subscription. The plan, recurring price and any applicable configured taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase in Stripe Checkout. Paid customers can manage billing and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Agency is not available for purchase.

Data and production onboarding

Production subscriber onboarding requires agreed processor terms, retention and deletion arrangements, and an operational email sender. A completed data-processing agreement and full commercial terms are not yet available. This page does not replace them.

Durably provides operational tools and records, not legal advice, legal certification or a guarantee of compliance. You must assess the rules applying to your business with an appropriate adviser.
