Privacy, clearly explained.

Durably is operated by Asppect Labs. This notice describes the technical processing in this early-access product.

Your workspace

We store your sign-in email, profile, workspace and brand settings to provide the service. Neon Auth manages account authentication. Application data is stored in a Neon database in London; our web application runs on Vercel.

Subscriber data

When you connect Stripe, Durably processes subscription references, renewal dates, payment amounts and subscriber email addresses. Email addresses and restricted API keys are encrypted at rest using application encryption. Evidence exports use workspace-specific keyed subscriber hashes rather than email addresses.

Email and payments

Authentication codes are sent by Neon Auth. Subscription notices are sent through Resend when configured. Stripe processes merchant subscriptions, Durably billing, cancellations and merchant-approved refunds. Durably does not store card details.

Records and deletion

Notice evidence is append-only to preserve the operational record. Disconnecting Stripe stops access to the connected account; it does not erase existing records. Retention, data subject requests, processor terms and deletion arrangements must be agreed before onboarding production subscriber data.

Early access

Production merchant onboarding is pending completion of processor terms and email-sender configuration. Do not import live subscriber data until those arrangements are in place.
