A clearer way to get started.
1. Create your workspace
Sign in with an email code. In Settings, save your workspace name, brand name and subscriber support address.
2. Connect Stripe
Create a dedicated restricted API key in your merchant Stripe account. Settings lists the precise permissions required. Durably imports recurring prices and creates a signed webhook endpoint. Choose which prices to monitor.
3. Review every notice
Open Templates to review renewal, cooling-off and end-of-contract copy. Cancellation links are appended automatically. The sample text is a starting point; have appropriate legal advice on your business’s notice content, timing and refund obligations.
4. Start your queue
Sync subscriptions from Overview to queue active renewals due within seven days. Stripe webhooks then feed new events into the queue. Notices stay queued until the platform email sender is configured and the applicable template is marked as reviewed.
5. Keep the record
Evidence shows email-provider acceptance, not guaranteed inbox delivery. Export an HTML audit pack by date or subscriber hash, and print it to PDF if needed. Cooling-off cases require a merchant decision before a refund is issued.
Durably is compliance tooling, not legal advice. Merchants remain responsible for their contracts and obligations.
