Who is Durably for?
Businesses selling subscriptions to UK consumers through Stripe. Applicability of the UK rules depends on the contracts and exclusions; pure B2B subscriptions are not the focus.
When do the new UK subscription rules start?
Draft 2026 regulations propose 1 January 2027, but the instrument is still labelled draft. Check final legislation and commencement arrangements in the official sources before relying on that date.
Is Durably legal advice?
No. Durably is operational tooling, not legal advice, certification or a guarantee of compliance.
Are the templates legally reviewed?
Sample templates are starting points. They are not represented as reviewed by a UK solicitor. A merchant marking a template reviewed is an operational approval, not solicitor certification.
Can Durably send live notices now?
The Cloudflare Email Service sender is configured and a real test message has been accepted by the provider. Notices require an active or complimentary plan, saved brand contact details and a reviewed template. Processor terms and legal template review remain outstanding. Do not rely on early access as your sole notice process.
How do I connect Stripe?
One-click OAuth authorization is pending platform activation. Settings shows the actual availability; a dedicated restricted API key is the current technical alternative.
Does an accepted email mean it reached the inbox?
No. Provider acceptance and inbox delivery are different. Durably's current evidence records provider acceptance; it does not certify inbox delivery.
Will Durably refund subscribers automatically?
Cooling-off cases require a merchant decision before a refund is issued. The merchant must assess eligibility and the appropriate refund.
What does Durably cost?
Solo is £29 per month and Studio is £79 per month, billed in GBP. Agency is in development and cannot be purchased. Review current service limitations before purchasing.
